Introducing David Hockney's Normandy Landscapes- now on view at MODO Gallery. First opened on 17th June, the exhibition has received such an enthusiastic response from the public that we are delighted to announce its extension through the New Year.
This immersive installation continues to welcome visitors, transforming the gallery’s top floor with a sweeping, year-long exploration of Normandy’s rural scenery. Inspired by the visual storytelling of the Bayeux Tapestry, the exhibition invites audiences to step into Hockney's reimagining of one of Europe’s most historic landscapes.
Presented in conversation with selected works by David Hockney, Normandy Landscapes offers a vibrant, evolving dialogue between tradition and modernity. MODO invites collectors, art lovers, students, and the wider community to experience this expansive installation throughout the year.
From 29th November to 3rd December, the exhibition will be joined by End Bossiness Soon
a student-led display of postcard-sized artworks by children aged 10–14, providing a lively, creative contrast alongside Hockney’s landscapes.
